SHELLY GASPARD Shelly is head of our business office and has been with us since February 2007. She has 33 years experience as a medical biller and is a certified medical coder. She worked in New Orleans for 15 years and relocated to her hometown of Shreveport after Hurricane Katrina.
	CONNIE ROBERTS Connie, our patient coordinator, came to us from radiology at Willis-Knighton in October 2006. She handles all patient appointments and coordinates all test and surgeries. She also prepares the authorizations. Her knowledge of the medical community helps tremendously.
	CHRISTINA GRAHAM Christina is our records supervisor and has been with us since July 2006. She has 10 years experience in the medical field. She handles all areas of electronic medical record keeping and is also part of the nursing staff. Christina served in the Air Force in Iraq and Kuwait.
	JANEECE FREE Janeece graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2007 and joined our staff in May 2008. Her previous experience was with Internal Medicine and Addictive Disorders as well as veterinary medicine. She is part of the nursing staff as the doctor's primary assistant. She verifies all incoming patients' medical information and coordinates radiology information.
	DONNA KIM Donna left her career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hamilton County, Ohio to be the office Administrator and Manager in September 2005. As Dr. Ritter's sister, she quickly learned about the medical field and what it takes to run a busy medical practice. Her background in law and as a former homicide investigator has proven helpful.
	TRACIE CLEMENTS Tracie started as our receptionist in October of 2010. She came to us from an extensive background in the Casino business. After more than 20 years as Director of Slot Operations, Tracie chose to retire from the Casino industry and use her business skills in the medical field. She handles patient appointments and paperwork as well as various other duties within the office.
	TOMEISHA ROBERSON Tomeisha graduated as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist in 2007. She joined our nursing staff in July of 2010. Her previous experience was with Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Pain Management. Tomeisha handles all aspects of our nursing staff duties.
	GAYLA FOSTER Gayla joined our business office in October of 2010. She was recommended to us after the physician she worked for moved out-of-town. While she had previous experience as a transcriptionist, we utilized her business skills to handle insurance verification and accounts receivable.
